4-bedroom luxury villa

4-double bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests, and all are air conditioned with two ensuite and two sharing a family bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house and the fourth in the adjacent dependence. All feature very comfortable beds and luxury bedlinen for a perfect night's sleep in the tranquil setting. Bathrooms are sleek and beautifully finished.

Gourmet experiences

We love foodie owners, as this means everything you need for a gastronomic escape is in place, and that's certainly true here. The kitchen is beautifully equipped and leads into the open plan dining area. There are Smeg and Kitchenaid appliances, a pasta maker, Nespresso machine and even a plate warmer, but if you prefer to be cooked for, a local cook, or even a Michelin starred chef can be organised.

The whole downstairs space flows from the kitchen to the dining room to the sitting room and out onto the terraces. It creates a relaxed and comfortable vibe for inside-out living, as does the Orangery beside the lovely pool.

Torre, Cingoli. Ancona and beyond

The small village of Torre with its grocery shop is a few minutes away and Cingoli, known as 'the balcony of Le Marche' because of its beautiful views, is just 10 minutes by car. The beautiful Adriatic coast around Ancona is a 45 minute drive and the mountains inland about the same distance. Close by, the hugely underrated wine growing region of Jesi is well worth exploring and there are many lovely restaurants, which the owners recommend.
