Eleftheria Mouzakis inherited her late husband's estate on Zakynthos and has meticulously restored this 4 acre plot near Tsilivi. On its own, Villa Nouara offers 190 sq m of living space, a heated infinity pool with hydromassage, an expansive terrace with 4 sun loungers, outdoor sofa and dining table, an in-ground seating area with firepit, air conditioning and heating in cooler months.

There is a lily pond in the front garden and the villa offers unrestricted sea views from its terraces.

Villa Plumeria

Villa Plumeria offers two double ensuite bedrooms for 4 adults with a roof terrace with stunning views over Tsilivi Bay, a heated infinity pool with hydromassage, an expansive terrace with 4 sun loungers, outdoor sofa and dining table, an in-ground seating area with firepit, air conditioning and heating in cooler months. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room and WC and one ensuite bedroom, with the second ensuite bedroom and roof terrace on the first floor.

Villa Jasmine

Villa Jasmine  also offers two double ensuite bedrooms for 4 adults with a roof terrace with views over Tsilivi Bay, a heated infinity pool with hydromassage, an expansive terrace with 4 sun loungers, outdoor sofa and dining table, air conditioning and heating in cooler months.

In addition to the living room, kitchen, WC  and one ensuite bedroom, Villa Jasmine has a study on the ground floor, with the second ensuite bedroom on the first floor.
