Just 5kms outside the beautiful town of Gaiole in Chianti, named by Forbes as 'Europe's Most Idyllic Place to Live' it is easy to understand why its location makes Le Pratola an exceptional Tuscan escape. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking, the nearby hilltop towns both charming and interesting with Siena and Florence also within easy reach and since, the region produces some of the best food and wines in the world, the cuisine is truly exceptional.

Le Pratola offers plenty of space and every contemporary convenience. There are two sitting rooms (one with a magnificent fireplace and bar area), a large kitchen, an expansive air-conditioned dining room, games room, gym and five double bedrooms, all with ensuite facitilites and air conditioning.

All bedrooms are large enough to accommodate infant cots, the courtyard bedroom has a double sofa bed and the twin room has two extra single beds. Towels, toiletries and hairdryers are available in all the rooms.

Le Pratola has been senstively restored to respect and enhance its spectacular environment. The underfloor heating and cooling system is wood-fuelled, the hot water is powered by solar panels, the garden is irrigated by collected rainfall water and water drawn from the on-site well is sterilised and softened for consumption.

A Luxury villa in Chianti

The villa is designed to help all members of the family relax. For this reason, the infinity edge pool has a remote controlled electronic safety cover and all windows have locks – perfect when children are around. The games room includes puzzles for all ages, a pool table and football table. High chairs, travel cots, microwave, bottle steriliser and two child car booster seats are all available. Outside there are swings and toys for the heated pool. The open plan configuration is perfect for toddlers who just want to roam and explore.

A complimentary Toscana Grocery Delivery is available upon arrival when booking with Luxury Explorer. This includes local bread, fresh milk, butter, jam, fruit juice, water, tea, coffee, sugar and eggs as well as local delicacies, fresh fruit, vegetables and wine.

In addition, we can arrange a Per Voi Grocery Delivery individually tailored to you which can include meat, beer, wine, confectionary, desserts and toileteries – this way you can immediately relax without needing to dash off to unfamiliar supermarkets. Daily cleaning is included six days a week (kitchen and surfaces) and this can be upgraded to include a 'Beds and Bathrooms' service.
