The Fitness Studio

The Dorchester fitness studio is equipped with Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment as well as a full set of free weights, Swiss Balls, a Bosu Ball and various Medicine Balls. Personal training is available by appointment. 

The Fitness Studio is available to hotel guests and is open daily from 7am to 9pm. If you would like to organise a Personal Trainer please contact The Dorchester Spa.
