Swimming Pool and Steam Room
Our 60-square metre swimming-pool is 1.2 metres deep. The water is ionised with a natural ionic solution and using a UV system that is both environmentally friendly and safe.
The Crystal steam room is infused with essential oils encouraging relaxation prior to, and after, treatments.

The fitness centre at the Aman Spa gives you space to focus on yourself and your body. It’s small and secluded, with a wonderful sense of privacy, reserved exclusively for hotel guests and spa members.
The music is exhilarating but non-intrusive. Carefully selected drinks and fruit keep your energy high.
Gym equipment
For a holistic workout, use our 2 kinesis machines – elegant systems of cables and weights offering resistance through 360°. Plan your workout with the touchscreen kinesis monitor.
We also offer free weights and a range of machines for your cardiovascular fitness:

- 2 exercise bikes
- 1 rowing machine
Personal training
Our specialist personal trainers create a workout expertly tailored around your fitness goals.
For physical and mental balance, work one-on-one with our yoga teacher in a private treatment room.
We can also arrange for sports massage.
