Training

We have developed a rigorous training programme which consists of three levels.

Initial Training: 10/15 days of training before the employment period starts consisting of theory and practical classes. You will be hosted by the Company and acquire all the information and techniques necessary to satisfy our standards of service. Your trainers will be your future Head of Department and experts with proven experience in the subject.

Ongoing Training: during the season, you will attend specific classes in order to focus on key elements of service.

Master Training: all company employees in their second season will be given the chance to attend one of the following classes:

• Interpersonal Skills
• Presentation Skills
• Sales & Marketing
