Sous Chef
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience in a fast paced fine dining culinary position. Duties include but are not limited to supervision of kitchen during hours of operation, and monitoring all production and product. Must have extensive knowledge of meat and fish, butchering, saucier, menus and experience cooking on the line.

Wine Steward
Entry level position in our Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine cellar. Applicant must be detail oriented, very organized and able to lift 40 pounds. Although this is primarily a back-of-the-house position, excellent guest relations and communication skills required. Duties include receiving and stocking all beverages; data entry; inventory control; interaction with our private dining department; must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and inventory programs.  This position requires constant lifting and moving and storing product, as well as transporting product to dinner parties.

Captain
Join the ‘21’ Club, recipient of the Grand Award from Wine Spectator! Must have experience in an upscale high volume restaurant. Previous New York experience preferred. Must have the ability to communicate and relate to a diverse population, a strong understanding of hospitality, leadership qualities, and the ability to direct others. Extensive knowledge of food and wine a must. Candidate will be responsible for total guest satisfaction and for the quality of service provided to our clients.

Line Cook
Candidate must have 3+ years experience in a comparable, high volume restaurant, ability to handle heavy production and well-designed presentation of dishes. Must have cooking knowledge on sauté, braise, roast, grill etc., skilled on all knife/vegetable prep, ability to follow and execute recipes and light meat & fish preparation.
