Lapa Palace's Cipriani has welcomed Chefs like Marc Méneau, Claude Troisgros, Serge Vieira, Renato Picolotto, Franck Putelat, Stephen Templeton, Pierre Bertranet, Jacques Le Divellec, Francesco Carli...

The 2008 program will start with Chef Dieter Koschina (2 Michelin stars), of Villa Villa Joya, Albufeira. The Austrian Chef, now for 17 years in Portugal, combines freshness and lightness in his creations and like to choose the daily ingredients himself every day. Invited by the Lapa Palace, he will present us a delicious menu in Ristorante Hotel Cipriani from November 5-11.
