Located on the 11th floor, with views of the Pacific, Zest Spa in Lima provides a relaxing array of treatments incorporating indigenous products from Peru and the Amazon. Treat yourself to exquisite pampering with soothing massages and spa treatments that will delight your senses. We will transport you to a world of peace and tranquility and make certain that you depart feeling restored and resplendent.
Massages
Our therapeutic massages incorporate a variety of techniques to help promote relaxation, increase circulation and reduce stress. Whether your preference is a gentle full-body massage or extra attention paid to areas that require particular focus, our qualified therapists will tailor your treatment to best accommodate your requests.
Relaxing Swedish Massage (60/90 minutes) - We combine Swedish massage strokes with warm essential oil blends to reduce tension, settle the nerves and relax the body. Your therapist will utilize smooth long strokes, with 'light to moderate' pressure.
Custom Deep Tissue Massage (60/90 minutes) - A more therapeutic technique of bodywork incorporating slower strokes to work deeper layers of muscle fibers. This massage will help release chronic patterns of tension that create painful conditions and structural misalignment.
Shiatsu Massage (60/90 minutes) - Developed in Japan, Shiatsu is a finger pressure massage technique incorporating the traditional acupuncture points of Oriental healing. Similar to acupressure, Shiatsu focuses on unblocking the flow of life's energy through the meridians to restore balance and enhance well-being.
Peruvian Heated Stone Massage (90 minutes) - This memorable massage will deeply relax both mind and body. Soothing heat from volcanic stones deeply penetrates your muscles to release stress and tension before a firm and rhythmic massage sequence allows the stones to release their healing energies. Emerge with a deep sense of warmth and restored vitality.
Zest Purification Massages (90 minutes) - Tailored for your individual wellbeing, each Zest Purification Massage begins with a light body brushing to stimulate the lymph and revive the skin. Swedish massage strokes are used along the meridian lines to eliminate toxins, relieve tension and induce a deep state of relaxation. We invite you to select from the following tailored aromatic blends:
Relaxing | Lavender, Melissa and Rosemary are combined to settle the nerves, relax the body and calm the mind. | Energizing | Essential oils of Lemon and Peppermint gently uplift the spirit by nourishing depleted energy. | Balancing | Palma Rosa oil and essential oils of Echinacea and Geranium gently boost the immune system, stabilize tired nerves and help relieve jet lag. |

Hair & Scalp Treatment (30 minutes) - Experience the prefect compliment to any massage or body treatment. Our conditioning blends feature therapeutic botanicals from the Amazon to stimulate circulation, relax the scalp, nourish the hair and calm the mind. Please select from the following blends:
- Avocado Conditioner - for normal to dry hair
- Cupuacu Seed Conditioner - for normal to oily hair
Oriental Foot Massage (30 minutes) - This wonderful foot treatment is based on ancient forms of pressure point therapy which link the reflex zones of the feet to specific parts of the body. Amazonian Copaiba is blended with Tea Tree and Rosemary to help relieve overall body stress and improve circulation.

Invigorating Body Scrubs
Glow with radiance after these exfoliating treatments! Our body scrubs will stimulate circulation, add natural minerals to the skin and create a fresh, relaxed feeling for both mind and body. Each body scrub is completed with your choice of a 30-minute back massage or a 60-minute, full-body massage (ladies, please refrain from shaving before this treatment).
Peruvian Olive Oil & Brown Sugar Polish (60/90 minutes) - We found this beautiful scrub right here in Lima! Brown Sugar is drenched in local olive oil and eucalyptus to awaken your senses and smooth the skin.
Amazon Scrubs (60/90 minutes) - We combine Amazonian botanicals with fine sea salt to provide a superb exfoliation, leaving the skin nourished and silky-smooth. Please select from the following blends:
- Avocado - smoothing
- Brazil Nut – hydrating
- Copaiba Seed - soothing
Floating 'Wraptures'
Experience luscious, hydrating treatments on our thermal Dry-Float Bed. Our fresh, hand-mixed wraps will deeply hydrate the skin and provide a rejuvenating respite for tired bodies. After a gentle dry brush exfoliation, the body is enveloped in a luminous moisturizing mixture of choice and gently wrapped. As your skin soaks up the emollient rich mixture, a head and foot massage with rainforest botanicals will gently coax you into a deeper state of relaxation. A cleansing shower and application of our Amazonian moisturizer will leave you with a profound feeling of well-being (60 minutes).
Aguacate Wrap - Your skin will revel in the natural regenerative and moisturizing benefits of fresh avocado.
Delzura Wrap - Our local honey and oil mixture nourishes and deeply hydrates the skin.
Cucumber Aloe (sun soother) - This soothing wrap features cooling fresh cucumber and aloe vera gel to reduce heat and recondition sunburned skin (exfoliation omitted).
Hand & Foot Treatments
Our moisturizing hand and foot treatments with essential oils and Amazon botanicals may be enjoyed in the privacy or your hotel suite or in the Zest Spa.
Zest Spa Manicure - A warm, essential oil hand soak is followed by a moisturizing hand and arm massage with plant extracts from the Rainforest. Nail grooming and choice of color complete this treat.
Zest Spa Pedicure - Enjoy a warm floral and peppermint foot soak, followed by our local Peruvian Olive Oil and Brown Sugar exfoliating scrub. A lower leg and foot massage with moisturizing Amazonian botanicals is followed by nail grooming and nail color of choice.
