‘Best UK Leisure Hotel’ by Conde Nast Traveller Magazine
September 4th, 2007 - Le Manoir voted ‘Best UK Leisure Hotel 2007' by Conde Nast Traveller Magazine.
Last night, Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire was voted ‘Best UK Leisure Hotel’ and ‘Best UK Restaurant’ (scoring a staggering 95.35), at an exclusive event in London hosted by Conde Nast Traveller Magazine. This year over 30,000 people voted in the 10th annual readers’ awards.
Raymond Blanc’s vision was always to create a centre of excellence, where the gardens and the hotel would match the excellence of its cuisine. So this award is extremely significant and shows that the Manoir is now recognised as a truly great hotel and restaurant. |
Raymond Blanc expressed his pride and delight in winning this prestigious award: “This is a real milestone; it recognises the progress we have made on our journey to create this kind of experience for our guests.”
