Gurval assists the General Manager in the day to day operation of Le Manoir, with additional responsibilities of Health and Safety at Le Manoir. Gurval has worked for 8 years in the restaurant at Le Manoir as Restaurant Manager and prior to this he worked in other Relais and Chateaux properties in France - such as Le Choisel, La Poularde, and L’hostellerie du Levernois; this was in conjunction with a 4 years catering school apprenticeship.
