The Humungus Fungus Project was established in 1999, with the aim of creating mushroom growing systems based on small-scale models developed by the Japanese. The company has since developed a network of mushroom growers throughout the UK who are all focussed on selling their mushrooms into local markets.

Giant globe artichokes have been specially produced for Raymond Blanc’s hotel and restaurant, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saison. They will be on view at this year’s show before they are permanently installed as a three metre high entrance feature to the beautiful house and gardens.
