His most recent position was Hotel Manager at Great Fosters Hotel in Surrey, working on phase one of a ten year plan for the hotel’s development including creating two new kitchens, building a new 60 seat restaurant and improving general service standards working towards award status.
Working closely with Raymond Blanc and the team, Tom is responsible for specific aspects of the day-to-day hotel operation and guest liaison.
Tom joined the team at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons as it celebrated its 21st birthday, and he has been involved in the recent refurbishment and re-opening of the Raymond Blanc Cookery School. He has also been actively involved in events and activity planning.
