Arnaud Goubet - Head Sommelier
Arnaud heads up our team of sommeliers at Le Manoir and is responsible for their continual training and development. Alongside, Restaurant Director, Alain Desenclos, he is responsible for maintaining our extensive wine list and wine cellar.
Born in Normandie, he has a wealth of experience having worked and studied both in the UK and France. Prior to joining Le Manoir, he spent three years as Head Sommelier at Cliveden in Berkshire. In France he worked most recently at Lasserre Restaurant and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris. |
