La Residencia is launching this Centenary year with a special offer on Friday February 6th, the evening of the first concert including: - Concert entrance fee.
- Glass of cava at interval.
- Romantic three course gourmet meal in El Olivo (excluding drinks).
- Accommodation in a double room in La Residencia.
- Full breakfast the following morning including our homemade pastries, jams and marmalade.
This special evening on the 6th February is 175 € per person sharing a double room.
You can extend your above stay from the second night onward at the special rate of 160 € per person per night (sharing a double) including one three course dinner in El Olivo (excluding drinks) and our delicious full breakfast.

Minimum Stay
5 nights minimum stay over Easter, Summer (13th May to 31st October), Christmas & New Year.
Children Policy
Children under 10 years only accepted between 1st July and 15th August, 20th and 31st October, Christmas & New Year.
Deposit
25% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit for bookings 1 month or less from the arrival date.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for reservations staying between 1st April and 31st of October, Xmas and New Year (22nd Dec to 1st Jan): 100% of deposit returned with over 15 days notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 15 days notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights.
Cancellation policy for reservations staying between 1st Nov and 31st March (Excl. Xmas and New Year, 22nd Dec to 1st Jan): 100% of deposit returned with over 48 hours notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 48 hours notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights. |
