Swimming Pool

Our heated Olympic size swimming pool (32 x 19 metres) is the only one in central Venice, and has filtered salt water.

Guests of the hotel are automatically members of the Sea Gull Club which offers the following advantages:

• Free use of the swimming pool
• Bathing towels available at the entrance to the pool area
• Use of lockers, changing cabins and showers
• Provision of umbrellas and sunbeds or mattress
• Pool-side restaurant
• Snack-bar service      

The pool is open from 9 am to 7 pm.  No bathing is permitted before 9 am while the cleaning machine is in operation.

Children under 8 years of age are allowed in the pool area only if under surveillance of their parents and if they behave properly. Consideration for other clients' well being is essential. In the afternoon, children can find an ideal play ground in the Casanova gardens of the hotel, where a baby sitter will look after them (on request).

The pool area is also the centre of attention for some spectacular events at the Cipriani, like the Redentore Feast held in July each year. 

An evening of dining and entertainment around the pool ends with the spectacular firework display that can be viewed from the Fondamenta delle Zitelle.
