Snorkelling is a popular Tahitian water sport. The reefs surrounding the islands of French Polynesia are abound with tropical fish of every color and description, and diving here is a discovery. Among the sea life to be found here are rays, eels, sharks, tunas and barracudas. Snorkelling is easily learned, and a safe means of exploring the waters.


Complimentary snorkels, masks and fins are available at the Fare Nautique. Protective sandals (recommended for walking on the reef) are available for your comfort in your closet. The beach boys at Fare Nautique will be happy to assist you, and they will also point out the best snorkelling areas around the resort.
