Executive Chef Rudi Liebenberg and Sommelier Carl Habel have teamed up with some of the most talented winemakers in South Africa to create the Wine & Dine Series.
At each event we will sample wines produced in the same region and which share the same type of soil, weather conditions, grapes and wine-making savoir-faire.

Each evening starts at 19h00 with pre-dinner drinks around the Lord Kitchener Fountain, followed by an introduction to the menu by the chef and an overview of the wines that will be served by the sommelier and winemakers.
Cost: R395 per person which includes a seven-course dinner with matching wines
