The new menu at Cape Colony restaurant is as unique and creative as its distinctive setting. Dramatic vaulted ceilings, a vibrant trompe l’ouille mural, and a sparkling crystal chandelier set the scene for a menu reflective of Mount Nelson Hotel’s culinary heritage – a combination of classical and contemporary cuisine that takes inspiration from Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa.
