At Hotel Monasterio, we offer a range of services, planning and equipment to help make your event as memorable as possible.
The hotel has also developed a wide variety of menus, however, we will be pleased to make any adjustments you think suitable. In addition, our Chef, Marco Albán, will be happy to assist you when planning a special menu. All food served at the Hotel Monasterio is prepared from first grade, fresh ingredients in our own kitchen.
Menu planning, set up of meeting rooms, and special requirements for meeting and banquet functions should be settled no later than 72 hours prior to the function date.

Guarantee of Participants:
For all functions we require a confirmation in writing of the exact number of guests, no later than two working days prior to your event.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
All requests must be given in writing. All offers and confirmations provided by the Hotel Monasterio are only tentative until a deposit equal to 50 per cent of the total value of the event is received. This deposit is non-refundable unless we receive written notice of cancellation 15 days or more beforehand.
