Learning and Development Having three 5* deluxe hotels in London means we are able to provide exciting opportunities for development in many ways.
In addition to skills training, our off job programmes include IT training, customer service and management skills development.
Each hotel has a Learning and Development Manager, along with Training Co-ordinators in each department to assist with your personal growth which is critical for our continued success.
Graduate Management Program
We offer a unique and personalised programme, tailor made to meet your development requirements and to allow you to reach your potential.
Applicants should approach the hotel in which they wish to start their training. You would then be assessed for direct entry into a 'real job'.
A Rooms Division programme is available at all hotels and additionally a Food and Beverage programme at Claridge's.
A hospitality related degree (or equivalent) is required to apply. The programme may commence at any time.
