26 January 2012 - Raymond Blanc will be cooking in France's gourmet hotspots on UK television screens throughout February and into March. 

In Raymond Blanc, The Very Hungry Frenchman, Britain's favourite French chef explores distinctive produce and cuisine, from Burgundy to his home region of Franche Comte, where his 90 year old mother still lives. He also visits the gastronomic city of Lyon and sun soaked Provence. In each episode he sources the freshest ingredients from local experts, explains recipes and cooks at a local restaurant. Don't miss it!

BBC2 at 8pm, weekly, from Thursday, 2 February 2012 until 1 March.
 
 House   Le Manoir comes second on The Sunday Times Food List 2011

26 October 2011 - Eight thousand restaurant goers across the UK have voted Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons the country's number two destination for great dining.

Based on food quality alone, The Sunday Times Food List selects Britain's top 100 restaurants. This year's first five are: The Ledbury, Notting Hill, London; Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Great Milton, Oxfordshire; Gidleigh Park, Chagford, Devon; Le Gavroche, Mayfair, London and Waterside Inn, Bray, Berkshire.

The full list will be published on 30 October: half of the top 100 restaurants are outside London (up from 40% last year); while Asian restaurants have fallen by half; and there are 31 new entries. 
 
 Raymond   Raymond Blanc and the Great British Food Revival

17 October 2011 - The Great British Food Revival series returns to BBC TWO from Wednesday, 26th October at 8:00pm. Join some of England’s best known chefs and cooks as they champion the qualities of Britain’s traditional produce. 

Raymond Blanc’s episode, airing Wednesday, 9th November at 7:00pm, will focus on the plum. He will visit growers in the Vale of Evesham and will create dishes that demonstrate a wide variety of uses for plums. 

From pork stuffed with dried plums and his own version of a British classic – plum chutney – to delicious plum dessert with a typical French twist, this is an episode you won’t want to miss.
 
 Pr News   Chef Raymond Blanc in Harrods' Windows

14 October 2011 - Raymond Blanc, chef patron of Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire, has teamed up with luxury cognac brand Martell to promote French craftsmanship in Britain. On Tuesday, 18 October, Blanc and Martell will take part in an exciting dining experience at Harrods in London.

In a UK first, Harrods' iconic Brompton Road windows will provide a stunning setting for the French chef to host a celebrity and craftsman dinner. After the four course meal created by Blanc for the celebrity guests, Martell’s Cellar Master, Benoit Fil, will be on hand to showcase the new Pinel & Pinel Martell trunk and offer cognac tastings. The event will be the first time Harrods has hosted a live dinner in its renowned windows.  

Proceeds will go to M.Blanc's chosen charity, Action Against Hunger.
