At La Residencia we have created a range of beautiful spaces in which to relax and unwind. Each of our suites is as individual as the works of art that adorn their walls.
Luxury Suites Our four Luxury Suites offer spacious lounge areas with luxurious amenities such as a plasma screen, wet bar and open fireplace. All have private terraces and either a secluded swimming pool or a plunge pool. Some have outdoor dining areas and covered pergolas.
Mesmerising views over the village of Deià and/or the Tramuntana mountains can be enjoyed from the expansive terraces.
Tramuntana Suites La Residencia’s Tramuntana Suites offer dramatic, panoramic vistas over the valley and towards the Mediterranean. Set above the Spa building, each nestles into the mountainside with its own traditional tiled garden area.
The suites feature expansive bedrooms and lounge areas, and generous bathrooms with separate showers. Four of the suites also boast a private plunge pool.
Superior Suites We have two Superior Suites, both offering a unique experience of La Residencia.
The first is located in the Son Fony building above the main swimming pool. A beautiful, light-filled space, it offers a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a separate lounge area. Leading off the lounge is an extensive terrace affording stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains.
The second, the Tower Suite, is situated in the ancient tower, the oldest part of the hotel building. Believed to have been constructed as a watchtower by the Knights Templar, this unique edifice offers breathtaking panoramas.
It is set over two levels linked by a spiral, stone staircase. On the first floor are the spacious bedroom and bathroom; on the top floor is a lavish lounge area leading to a private sun terrace. The suite is ideal for honeymoon couples as it is a truly romantic hideaway.
Junior Suites Our light and elegant Junior Suites offer individual features such as balconies, compact gardens or private terraces. Each has a living room, a sumptuous bedroom with a four-poster bed and an adjoining luxurious bathroom. Mallorcan antiques and works of art can be enjoyed throughout.
