New Year's Break!If you want to get away from home after Christmas and bring in the New Year where the climate is less harsh, La Residencia offers you a chance to do so in style. This offer includes: - Three night accommodation in your chosen room category.
- Daily full breakfast.
- Special welcome amenities in room: Spanish Cava and fresh flowers.
- Two 3-course dinners in our gourmet restaurant, El Olivo.
- One 60-minute Spa Treatment each: the Guinot Liftsome Facial for women and the Thalgo Ocean Facial for men.
- On New Year's Eve: our spectacular New Year's Eve Gala Dinner, followed by dancing and live music.
- On 31st December: Champagne at midnight and fireworks.
- On 1st January: our New Year Brunch with Champagne.
- Transfers from & to the airport.

At La Residencia, we also offer a programme of optional New Year activities: - on 27th December, a culinary demonstration by our El Olivo restaurant's Chef, followed by a sweet wine tasting;

2008 Rates Prices from € 398 per night Conditions: - Rates are PER PERSON, per night, including full breakfast.
- Rates are quoted in Euros (€) and INCLUDE 7% VAT.

Extend your stay:
If you plan to stay with us more than three nights, a 15% reduction will apply on the extra nights at check-out.
Minimum Stay
5 nights minimum stay over Easter, Summer (13th May to 31st October), Christmas & New Year.
Children Policy
Children under 10 years only accepted between 1st July and 15th August, 20th and 31st October, Christmas & New Year.
Deposit
25% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit for bookings 1 month or less from the arrival date.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for reservations staying between 1st April and 31st of October, Xmas and New Year (22nd Dec to 1st Jan): 100% of deposit returned with over 15 days notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 15 days notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights.
Cancellation policy for reservations staying between 1st Nov and 31st March (Excl. Xmas and New Year, 22nd Dec to 1st Jan): 100% of deposit returned with over 48 hours notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 48 hours notice. In case of curtailment of the stay booked, we will charge full amount of the remaining nights. |
