2008/2009 Gourmet Weeks are about to begin:
Wild Mushrooms: With the arrival of Autumn, nutritional needs increase and fresh wild mushrooms are the most nutritious of all autumn foods. From October 20 to 26 you can taste them in several gourmet combinations in Ristorante Hotel Cipriani.
Chef Serge Vieira returns to Ristorante Hotel Cipriani:
Serge Veira has won the Bocuse d'Or in 2005. Born in 1977 in Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne, this young Chef has already won the competition Jean Botid "Auvergne-Québec" in 1997 and the French Competition of Artistic Cuisine in 2004. He has been with us in April 2006 and due to many requests, he is about to return and will be back with a brand new menu, in Ristorante Hotel Cipriani from November 10-16.
Game Menu: Hunting season has open in Portugal. Around Lisbon and in Alentejo, the hunting is still done in the aristocratic style with hounds and horses. Taking advantage of the fresh game now available for the season, Chef Giorgio will also open the game season at Ristorante Hotel Cipriani from November 24-30. As you know, Chef Giorgio Damasio is passionate about fresh ingredients, so he is about to present our clients a delicious menu that will include partridge, hare, wild boar and deer.
