The K Club will have access to all amenities at The K Club resort, with residential family membership to both championship golf courses included. For non-owners an individual joining fee for the Country Club is €80,000 (or €120,000 for a couple) plus an annual subscription of €6950 + VAT and €3600 + VAT for spouse members.
As a fractional owner at Firstlight The K Club, the Country Club Membership joining fee is included in the purchase price of the fraction so owners do not have to pay an individual joining fee on top of their property purchase or pay green fees. Each owner will receive full residential family membership to the K Club. In addition their annual service charges are inclusive of a family annual subscription. Family membership includes husband, wife and all dependent children whilst in residence.
