Grootbos Creative Conferencing Centre offers the sophisticated corporate customer an experience out of the ordinary: State-of-the-art conferencing facilities, embedded in a natural setting, that will have delegates unwinding the minute their feet touch Grootbos ground.
Our conference centre can accommodate up to 80 people featuring one large conference room. A u-shaped seating arrangement to seat 40 delegates, cinema style 80 delegates and boardroom-style 26 delegates. There are breakaway rooms available during the period of the conference. These rooms have plenty of wall space and a very close to the main conference facility and the lodge. All facilities are fully equipped with modern audio-visual and media requirements such as video conferencing, VOIP phones, wireless internet access, data projectors, DVD players, video and television equipment, flip charts and large white screens.
Additional services such as fax, photocopying and a postal service are available with the special Grootbos Secretarial Service set out to offer a flexible service that will have you astonished.
Situated in the Overberg area Grootbos is about a 2-hour drive from Cape Town. The 2500-hectare reserve overlooks Walker Bay with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the distant Cape of Good Hope.
