Discovering Carcassonne & Wine Tasting

Half-Day
Your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and will drive you off the beaten track to discover small charming wine cellars. Visiting the wine cellars, you will also meet with dedicated wine growers, learn their different production methods, and taste excellent wines.

Full-Day
Your guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby to take you on a wine discovery tour where you will meet wine growers from three Appellations d'Origine Contrôlée. Following the tour, enjoy a food-tasting lunch of local products, sausages and cold cuts, savouries, cheeses, vegetables, fruits and pastries. The lunch will be hold in the wine storage cellar.
