By the third week in June the heat will be on, so what could be better than the magical sounding Summer Breeze Brunch? We’ve compiled a summer light menu with grilled meats and plenty of salads, and some stunning cocktails - Mojito, Piňa Colada, Tequila Sunrise, Peppermint Limonade and Sorbetto de Limon – you can sip at the beach bar. Áts Károly Wine Dinner

The Áts family is a long-established name in the Tokaj wine Region of northeastern Hungary.
Károly has followed in his father’s footsteps, and is now rated as an important and innovative producer in the country. In 2012 he was awarded 'Wwinemaker of the year' by the Hungarian Wine Academy. This evening of wine tasting is complemented with a gourmet five course menu.

My Balaton Brunch

If you can’t go to the Balaton... then the Balaton will have to come to you! Get that authentic ’Balcsi feeling’ with deep fried hake, corn on the cob, fantastic fried ’langos’ with traditional toppings, and wine tasting of the local reds and whites.
