Transport

The most common way to get around Tripoli is via a yellow and white “shared” taxi; which can be picked up at a bus stop just as long as you aren’t afraid to shout out your destination as the driver slows down. Private taxis are black and white and can be flagged down in most areas of the city.

Avis Libya has a service desk in the lobby of the Corinthia Hotel Tripoli for your convenience and most of the other major car rental agencies also now operate a service in Libya.
