Always a popular class, the champagne Masterclass is hosted by Aidan Bryan the Bar Manager, who explains the background to champagne, the different grapes used, how it is made and how different champagnes are from each other. Of course, each subject is accompanied by a tasting of the various champagnes, served with canapés.

This Masterclass begin at 13.30pm on a Sunday over coffee in Claridge’s elegant Art Deco Foyer. The practical tutorial starts at 2.00pm in Claridge’s Bar and finishes around 4.00pm. These fully inclusive courses cost £154.00 per person and include Canapés served during the class and welcome coffees.
