Claridge’s Beauty & Fitness has top class personal trainers who can be booked to help make the most of a single work-out or of a long term goal. Each client is helped on a totally individual basis, with programmes being tailor-made to achieve specific needs or goals, be it general fitness, stamina, strength, improved posture and flexibility, getting into that little black dress or bikini, getting married or just simply an attempt to address the challenges of the modern lifestyle. Each programme being properly bespoke allows the individual the
space to concentrate and focus entirely on their personal goals and development in a safe and discreet environment.

A full hour, one-on-one training session with our fitness trainer will lead you through a rigorous work out programme designed to maximise your time and meet your goals. Each programme is individually tailored to the needs of the client. This invigorating session is ideal for the person who wants to fit a high quality workout into a busy schedule

 

Half hour personal training £40
We can offer an energising blitz to set you up for the day or alternatively
a stretching session to wind down from the busy daily routine.

One hour personal training £65
A personalised training session tailored to your needs which can be focused
on specific forms of training such as toning, strengthening or flexibility.

One and a half hour personal training £98
A more in depth session focusing on all aspects of fitness such as cardio vascular,
resistance and core stability, placing emphasis on correct form and technique.
