Claridge’s Beauty & Fitness is simply the place to be
pampered, rebalanced and restored. The treatment rooms
are large and luxurious and the fluffy robes, towels and
showers, with Claridge’s signature ‘dinner plate’ shower
heads, are an experience in themselves.
Each therapist has been chosen for their experience
and specific expertise and every member of the team
is encouraged to offer a bespoke and individual service,
attuned to the client’s needs and utilising the therapist’s
extensive knowledge. There is a wide election of
treatments available, including facials, massage
(Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Thai and Reflexology),
body treatments, waxing and other finishing touches.vitality and sense of wellbeing.

Kelly Ashdown
Kelly Ashdown leads the team at the Claridge's Health & Beauty. She is a qualified beauty therapist and has managed a number of the UK's top health clubs. Her team comprises experienced fitness trainers and beauty therapists who are on hand to give guidance and develop individual programmes. Their training methods are holistic in approach and ensure clients achieve their goals - be they general fitness, muscle balance or improved posture.
