Claridge’s deeply glamorous Bar has long been famous for its cocktails. Classic and contemporary, Claridge’s signature cocktails contain only the finest ingredients, uniquely combined and impeccably served. In this Masterclass, Bar Manager, Aidan Bryan will explain the history and development of cocktails, the science of mixology and share his own expertise on how to create the perfect cocktail. The class will involve mixing various cocktails, tasting the ingredients and studying techniques. And, of course, enjoying the results at the end!

This Masterclass is scheduled for 27th January and 7th September 2008.

This Masterclass begin at 13.30pm on a Sunday over coffee in Claridge’s elegant Art Deco Foyer. The practical tutorial starts at 2.00pm in Claridge’s Bar and finishes around 4.00pm. These fully inclusive courses cost £154.00 per person and include Canapés served during the class and welcome coffees.
