of Local, Seasonal and Organic ingredients including our
own farm Sharpham Park which supplies the kitchen with White
Park Beef, Rare Breed Lamb, Venison, and Organic Spelt to
create a menu that is both exciting and delicious.
Elisha has been awarded the “Somerset Life”
Chef of the year 2007 and also awarded the Silver Medal
for Bath chef of the year 2007.
