Every single day there are many roads we follow throughout the world in search of discovery, education and teaching. Roads that follow directions where we can experience a sense of growth and sharing.
When I opened my first hotel it was simply a new path that I had chosen to take, a bit of an adventure and fun. It was only after opening several more hotels with all their associated problems and successes that I understood I was heading down a longer and more satisfying path. Every smile from my staff highlighted our achievements and weakened the defeats that over time have taught us different and new ways of dealing with every day challenges.
My family, who have supported me throughout this project, and I, have never stopped. The project is not only about hotels, but ambitions and passions.
Our hotels are like our home, elegant, beautifully furnished, warm, welcoming and friendly. In them you will find people who are looking for wonderful experiences that are worth a long journey and which will linger in the memory for ever.
This is our way, it is what Baglioni Hotels aspire to be and it is reflected in every aspect of each hotel, in every little thoughtful gesture, in each step that has led us to become a group of 14 hotels - a little dream has become an impressive reality.
