Milan, 19 September 2008 - Sator and Baglioni Hotels Group today announced that they have signed an agreement under which Sator will acquire a 40% shareholding in Baglioni Hotels, one of Europe’s leading luxury hotel groups.

Luna Hotel Baglioni: a cultural experience
Baglioni Hotels is pleased to announce two prestigious partnerships: Venice’s Luna Hotel Baglioni has teamed up with two of the most important cultural institutions in the city: La Fenice theatre and the Peggy Guggenheim museum.
Baglioni Hotels group and La Fenice theatre joined forces to develop and promote their respective brands at an international level through a series of co-marketing activities named the “Luxury Music Experience”. This partnership means that Baglioni becomes a “Preferred Partner of La Fenice” and as a result will be able to guarantee it’s guests unique experiences.
In future Baglioni Hotels and La Fenice will focus on promoting very special packages and offers (hotel stay plus a performance at the theatre), and will work together to organise international events.
