Fitness Area

The Baglioni Spa is equipped with Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment as well as a full set of free weights. Personal training is available by appointment, which is run by Kensington Studios. 

The Fitness Studio is available to hotel guests and spa guests and is open 24 hours. If you would like to organise a Personal Trainer before or after your spa experience, please contact The Baglioni Spa. 

Individual gym membership - Less than £105 per month (£1,250 per annum) for use of the Baglioni gym, featuring state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Kensington Studio personal trainers are on hand to introduce you to the equipment and/or organise a course of training sessions.
