I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how wonderful our stay was at your hotel on Saturday 8th October, A big reason for this is the service we received from Valaria, she was amazing!! And seemed excited in making sure our special occasion was very special and certainly went the extra mile in looking after me and my wife on our first anniversary. I work for a large Company, and this year our main focus is customer satisfaction and going the “extra mile”. All of your staff showed that ability and they showed that they cared about there job and it was an honour to work for The Bagiloni Group. Every member of staff was very helpful and friendly but Valaria is a great ambassador for your company and our intentions are to spend every anniversary at your London Hotel from here on. Once again thank you so much for all that was done I will certainly be recommending your Hotel and I look forward to my next stay

“What a gem.....” Stayed for 2 nights. Gorgeous hotel, the staff make you feel like royalty. We were upgraded to a suite which was the biggest, most luxury room I've ever stayed in. Bed was super-comfortable. Bathroom was lovely. The staff are the highlight - nothing is too much trouble, and they are friendly (not intimidating, like a lot of other 5 star hotels). WIll definitely be back for more, Many thanks. The view onto Hyde Park is just gorgeous....

“The group loved the hotel and recommend it to Business and Leasure Community” The Baglioni Hotel is perfectly located right opposite the Hyde Park, nice and perfect hotel for the business and high standard leasure. Those who loves European/Italian style will love the hotel for its charming atmosphere and client oriented approach. Everything matters in this hotel. And the breakfast are just perfect. One of the best in town. The bed are very comfortable and big enough for a big couple as well.

“Birthday treat” My Girlfriend and I stayed at the Baglioni, From the second you arrive you are made to feel like Royalty. Every member of staff greet you with a smile. The room was one of the best I had ever had the privilege of staying in. The concierge were simply amazing nothing was a problem and they made sure every fine detail was covered . This will be my place to stay if ever I want to feel special. Highly recommended.

“Amazing stay with my family!” I would to say I had the most wonderful stay with my family at the Baglioni hotel. The hotel was fabulous and the service first class. I was very impressed with the facilities and also the facilities available for children. Bikes were provided so we could go as a family and cycle in Hyde park, we were given food to feed the ducks, the boys had a Wii in the bedroom which kept them entertained for hours. The children menu was also fantastic! It is rare to find a city luxury hotel which provides so excellently for children- my wife and I were very impressed! In addition to this can I also recommend highly the Spa by Spc- wonderful treatments and products. Throughly enjoyed our stay and thank you to all baglioni staff for making it so special!

“sumptuous and sexy” We were looking for an ideal place to experience a romantic weekend in london and found that the baglioni served all our needs combining the attention to detail and italian flair of a boutique hotel whilst providing the services one expects of a traditional city centre 5 star hotel. We loved the decor and ambience both in the rooms and the lounge area where we enjoyed a lovely dinner presided by very attentive italian staff. The style of the hotel made a pleasant change from other boutique minimal style hotels we have stayed in and would describe more sumptuous and sexy whilst still feeling contempoary. The majority of the staff are italian and adds to the charm and style of the hotel. The location meant when the London weather allowed we could take a morning stroll in the park before the excellent concierege managed to get us a table at zuma my wifes favourite on short notice! All in all even was the prefect base to enjoy the city from with none of the stuffiness or pretensions of some of the more established 5 star hotels allowed to relax and enjoy which is all we really wanted to do!!!

Dear Sir/Madam: This past weekend was my second stay at the Baglioni in London. Regrettably it was not as good as my first trip. The mini-bar fridge was broken which i unvovered at arrival and in it was not only warm beverages but a spoiled pitcher of milk - the smell was not very pleasant. Although the refrigerator was replaced promptly, the beverages remained on the counter through Saturday - so nothing chilled. A lovely fruy basket was delivered on Friday evening but then most of it removed uneaten on Saturday. On Saturday evening i had requested a late check out (13.00) on Sunday and a car to the airport. Unfortunately neither request was communicated to the front desk or concierge on Saturday and it was not until the front desk called to ask me if i was leaving that the oversight came to light. Fortunately check out was at 13.00 and a car was arranged. I think it is important to convey my experience so you have the feedback to continuously improve the customer experience. “One of the few best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life!” What an amazing beautiful hotel overlooking Hyde Park. We needed a place to stay for one night coming back from Paris before heading back to the States. We only wish we got bumped on our flight and could stay another night at the Baglioni. Upon pulling up in the light rain, two doormen came with umbrellas and greeted us our taxi. At checkin we were offered cocktails or water which was wonderful. The staff was extremely attentive and made you feel welcome and a valued guest. We were upgraded to a beautiful dramatic suite which was huge for British standards. The espresso machine was a nice perk along with the beautiful decor. There are too many wonderful things to stay about this place. The staff always knew who we were and greeted us by name every time we came to the lobby, left or returned from going out and enjoying the town. I will absolutely stay here again.

“Fabulous place, fabulous service, absolutely lovely” My new husband and I stayed here the weekend we got married. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, always welcoming and couldn't do enough. They knew we were getting married and upgraded us to a lovely suite and made us feel special. We came back after a long day of getting married to prosecco and strawberries and our room done up tastefully and romantically with rose petals and candles. The room was stunning, with a fab coffee machine and water for free. The breakfast offered is varied, and we were encouraged to have anything and everything, and the service is 6 star!. Anything requested was no trouble at all and appeared immediately. The bar is a bit pricey but to be expected in such a place. We loved it and would stay there again no questions asked. If we win the lottery, we might just move in!

“Good location” The Baglioni is a good hotel, with an excellent location ... as one might expect the design is lavish Italian ... possibly a little overbearing for some. That said, again as one would expect, our room was generous, well equipped lacking nothing. The public area on the ground floor is a little cramped ... but the bar area is lively. Great staff and a great breakfast. As one woudl expect, it is an expensive hotel ... I suppose the over-riding feature for us was that it does not stand out in our memory.

“My new favorite London hotel !!” I'm the One Aldwych, Sanderson, Dorchester type. A bit schizo when it comes to hotel selection because I'll try anything if it looks high quality, high service, non-institutional, something unusual, good value for money, unique. So, when a friend from Leading Hotels of the World suggested the Baglioni I thought I'd give it a try. The website was attractive and seductive and hooked me. As did the promise of a great location. And the other reviews helped affirm my choice. I wasn't disappointed. Super location. Immediately across from the park and in a great Chelsea/Kensington neighborhood. Whole Foods just down the street, if you are so inclined. Excellent for business meetings that were in close proximity and I made use of the private car and driver available to hotel guests for short jaunts. I'm the LA/Hollywood type so put on the dark shades and stretched out in the back of the limo. It was more for "me" than for any external audience. I just enjoyed pretending I was a superstar! All in good fun. On check in I was met by Agnes who is outstanding. French. Thoughtful. Prompt. Customer focused. Room wasn't quite ready so I was ushered into the restaurant area, given a delicious espresso, the IHT, had a delightful breakfast, took a walk and when I returned was taken to my room. Spacious, well appointed, quiet, noise-proof windows, excellent bedding, bathroom, amenities, all top notch. Over the next four days/three nights did business meetings in the restaurant (wonderful food and service) had friends for drinks in my suite, was serviced immediately and promptly whenever I needed pressing or an espresso or a wake up call or anything else that would make a hotel stay special and memorable. On check out, Agnes was there again to assist me as were the rest of the staff who all called me by name. There was a slight mix up with the bill which was promptly rectified and I was driven to Paddington by the hotel car for the Heathrow Express. On the train I reviewed my bill again and noticed another error. I called the front desk from the train, talked to Agnes, explained the error and she fixed it immediately. No questions asked. Polite and caring. If you are reading this it's because you, like me, like excellent value for money and something a bit different. You will find it at the Baglioni. From the accommodations to the food the service and the staff, nothing but high praise. (And in case you can't tell, I'm picky!). Enjoy your stay!

The decoration is great and the personal very pleasant and helpfull. We had the luck to be upgraded in a junior suite and had the surprise of a very nice cake for my husband’s birthday. Location on the park and near to the best areas.
