Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, a new vision on haute cuisine.
For its tenth anniversary, Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée restaurant goes back to the basics. According to Alain Ducasse, "we must restart from the beginning, where the true tastes are and let them express their strength and their delicay. The technique is here to reveal the flavor of nature. I have always done my best to tell this simple and fair story and today, I want to deliver its quintessence, at the Plaza Athénée". Since October, one can indulge in Chef Christophe Saintagne's plain and pure cuisine, which turns simple into good, with no unnecessary ingredients. Few pieces of Art de la Table, whether original creations by Pierre Tachon or precious artisanal Japanese pieces from Shinishiro Ogata, contribute to the restaurant revival. Haute couture for the interior decor : the four great screens are scattered with unique embroideries signed by Patrick Jouin.
