The new gym suite at Amanjiwo features state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Guests who prefer personalised guidance can arrange for a gym instructor.
Flights from Singapore
Guests can now fly direct from Singapore to Yogyakarta daily with Air Asia. Silk Air also offers non-stop flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays into Solo.
Concierge Service at Amanjiwo
A complimentary VIP arrival service is available for all Amanjiwo guests arriving at Solo and Denpasar Airports. For guests arriving at Jakarta, the service is available at a special rate of $40 per person. Due to airport restrictions, this service is no longer available at Yogyakarta.
Top Levels of Borobudur Now Open
Amanjiwo welcomes guests to visit the top three levels of Borobudur, which are now officially re-opened after being closed for a year. The 8th, 9th and 10th levels closed in October 2010 following the eruption of Mount Merapi, which resulted in the temple being covered with a layer of volcanic ash up to 3.5 centimeters thick. Guests can now view the stunning sunrise from the uppermost platforms, where the Buddha stuppas are located.
