Luxury travel consultant

LE's concierge service provides the highest level of personalised advice and bespoke itineraries to wealthy international clients and members of the Luxe-trotters' Club.

The role includes daily management of reservations and client relationship management along with general administration duties. The role provides excellent opportunities for developing skills within PR, sales, marketing and IT.

Personal profile: The ideal candidate will be a presentable, articulate graduate who is passionate about luxury travel and 5 star hotels. They will be highly organised, accurate and professional with a warm, out-going and helpful personality. Excellent spoken and written English is a pre-requisite, a second language an advantage and experience in hospitality or travel desirable.

Experience: Knowledge of luxury marketing and the luxury travel industry is an advantage, as is experience in client services. Must be competent in Microsoft Office and international travel experience is also an advantage.

Working hours: Core hours Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, with occasional shift working also required. Competitive salary
