Overview

One of the best things about Villa Oliveto is that it is made up of three distinct living spaces - Villa, Limonaia and Dependence - all offering alternative gathering spaces. The outdoor lounging spaces and dining areas are varied in size and have been beautifully designed. The tranquil atmosphere of the estate is maintained by the owner and her staff who are all on hand to ensure guests benefit from a relaxing stay. This property benefits from the skill of an excellent cook/housekeeper who will be happy to treat you to some authentic Italian cuisine.

The breathtaking situ of Oliveto is further complimented by the ease with which it can be reached by road and train. There is a train service to Rome, Florence, Orvieto and several other points of interest including many charming towns and villages. While it will be hard to pull yourself away from the delights of this perfect villa, Oliveto really does provide the perfect location from which to explore Tuscany. Furthermore the Villa sits just two kilometers from a village which can provide all the facilities you will need throughout your stay such as shops, restaurants, a chic bar and a spacious piazza. On the more practical side the village also has a bank with a cash machine, pharmacy and markets for purchasing everyday items.

The interior of Villa Oliveto is second to none and provides guests with first-class facilities in a modern yet utterly delightful property. The bathrooms are all newly redone and comfortable, with all bedrooms but one en-suite. The ease of inhabiting this villa is of particular note as many of the rooms offer indoor/outdoor access and bedrooms are easily connected to living and dining spaces. Of the seven bedrooms, five have their own independent access to the garden, and two share access to an external staircase via a charming sitting room.
