For families who want child-friendly beaches for long days out-of-doors and flat, bike-friendly streets. For pleasure seekers looking for good food, good wine and good weather. Villa Travertino is the recent acquisition of a Roman family who come to enjoy what all guests in Forte dei Marmi enjoy - easy days at the beach, truly world-class shopping, plenty of fine dining, and access to a range of diverse day trips to appreciate and understand the local Tuscan culture. Their getaway can be your getaway as well.

Villa Travertino is situated about 900 meters from the beach, in a neighborhood of other seasonal residences reflecting various periods of Forte dei Marmi's popularity. The Villa is all about today, however, with lovely appointments and all the necessary amenities. Complete climate and security control, lots of electronics, an exceptional gym and lovely outdoor living/dining spaces. Each bedroom is ensuite, the kitchen is thoroughly modern and the pool a very clever design. The idea is that you can just as easily be home as out on the beach or in town.

Notes

Villa Travertino rents by the month June-September. Weekly lets can sometimes be arranged for June and September only. Season long rentals by negotiation. April, May and October on request. Homebase Abroad will arrange staff services for cook, butler, maids and drivers based on your preferences for your stay. Weekly rentals will include maid service during the week day mornings. Bike rentals are highly recommended for your stay at Villa Travertino. We will arrange for the delivery and pickup of comfortable rental bikes for the duration of your stay. There is a full security system at Villa Travertino and an electronic gate encloses the property. Please inquire with any specific requests.
