Arguably the finest villa available for rent in Tuscany, Villa Isabella has been the property of a renowned Roman family for many years. Ten years of renovations on the entire estate have ensured that the villas interiors offer guests every possible modern amenity. All bedrooms are now en-suite and air-conditioning is available throughout the property. With a maximum capacity of 31 people Villa Isabella is as spacious as it is luxurious with the separate buildings to the villa also providing first-class accommodation.

The perfect location of this villa also ensures that it is an absolute treat for those who cherish the Italian culture and way of life. Just 40 minutes from Florence, 20 minutes from Siena and surrounded by Chianti's finest villages, Villa Isabella is perfectly situated.

When passing through the iron gate at the front of the Villa one will be overwhelmed by the high standard to which all the buildings have been maintained. Despite the size of this villa the gardens and patios all allow for maximum privacy and offer splendid views across the countryside. The spacious terraces, pool, tennis court, sauna, Jacuzzi and croquet lawn will ensure guests make the most of the outdoors during their stay.

Rental notes

• - Saturday - Saturday rentals only
• - Staff includes six domestics, cook, gardener and Director who manages the property. - Staff works from 8:30 AM until after dinner, with a 2 hour break during the day. Staff alternate time off to include one day per week, per person. Food and beverages are not included and must be paid for separately
• - Cook and table service for continental breakfast and dinner included 7 days/week
• - Lunches available on request with extra payment (250 Euros chef; 150 Euros for table service)
• - The Villa stocks a good selection of Tuscan and Umbrian wines at competitive rates
• - Linens are changed weekly. Additional linen changes incur additional cost
• - Personal laundry is cleaned on-premises and charged per piece
• - Electricity is included up to 500 kWh/week; overage charged on consumption
• - Fax machine and computer (for checking E-mail) in the Reception Office
• - All extra charges must be settled in Euro before guests depart
• - Each bedroom has ample clothes storage in dressers plus an armoire or built-in cupboard, as well as its own safe and phone extension connected to switchboard. The mattresses are comfortably firm
• - Smaller groups will not have access to the Dependence
• - Luxurious and independent Owners' Quarters apartment can also be rented for an additional four people; please enquire
• - Owners' sophisticated speed boats are available for rent on a daily basis from Porto Ercole, 1 1/2 hours from the Villa; please enquire
