Overview

Podere Lucia lies across a 600 metre hill with a truly breathtaking view of the Val d'Orcia, a land of gently undulating hills, ancient towns and an endless patchwork of crop fields. The fresh air and gentle breezes carry the garden's scents of rosemary, lavender and thyme.

Podere Lucia is composed of two buildings, Casa Grande and Anneso, both rebuilt from old farmhouse ruins. The decor is bright, stylish and eclectic. A deep and broad pergola along the west facade, shaded with straw and roses, provides comfortable seating on cushioned couches and teak chairs.

The property is an ideal base for touring the plethora of cultural treasures in the region. There's a lovely 45 minute walk to the nearby village with two good restaurants and a theatre. After a day of soaking in the sights, you can take a well-earned dip in the pool and savor a drink under a galaxy of stars.
